Delivery and Return

GENERAL INFORMATION​

·         All orders are processed Saturday to Thursday and last orders are processed at 6 PM. Orders after 6 PM get processed the next working day.

·         Orders made on Thursday/Friday and Holidays get processed the next working day and delivered thereafter.

·         Delivery is via courier. You will receive an SMS once your order is processed to set your location and time.

STANDARD DELIVERY BY COURIER

·         Last Orders at 6 PM (Saturday - Thursday). No order processing or delivery on Fridays, Public & Private Holidays.

·         Rate: AED25 and delivered to your chosen address.

·         Payment is via Credit Card, COD (Cash on Delivery), PayPal, Bitcoin (other Cryptocurrency are accepted upon request) and more when available.

·         Orders are delivered by courier 1-3 business days depending on your location.

BULLET SERVICE - SAME DAY DELIVERY

·         Available Everyday (subject to driver schedule)

·         Last Orders 7 PM

·         Rate: starting from AED50. Rates available at checkout based on City

·         Available in Dubai & Abu Dhabi only.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

We offer limited international shipping. Items that will NOT be shipped are Batteries & Liquids

 

·         International delivery is available to countries where these products are not prohibited by law

·          

·         You must be 18 years or over (21+ in certain countries). ID Verification will be required

·          

·         Prepayment of full order is required via available payment methods or Wire Transfer.

·          

·         Wholesale shipping is available upon request.

·         Customer is responsible for any customs duties/taxes or additional fees imposed by local authorities

·         Vape world will not be held liable or responsible for any damage, delays or loss due to shipping.

·         Customers will address any issues with shipping including tracking to the courier company used

·         Vape World will not refund products:

o    If damaged in transit​

o    If confiscated by customs or local authorities

o    Due to misuse of customer

o    General Conditions of Sales Apply

 Return:

1- We do not accept a return of any kind for any open product and any accepted return will be subject to inspection when we receive it back if it looks damaged or used no refund will apply ( if you wanted back after we receive it you can request it back and we will send it to you again but you will cover the shipping fee).


2- If the item is dead on arrival we will accept the return for exchange within 24 hours from purchase.


3- In case you want to request a return you need to contact us to explain the issue and if we accept it will send you the courier for collection ( Please note return shipping fee should be covered 100 % by the buyer unless is dead on arrival then we will cover 50% of the shipping fee ).


4- Refund will be as a store credit, NO CASH OR CREDIT CARD RETURN.


5- All sale are final, please make sure you read item details before buying.


PLEASE UNDERSTAND OUR PROFIT IS VERY LOW SO WE CAN'T AFFORD PAYING FOR SHIPPING THAT IS WAY MORE THAN OUR PROFIT IN YOUR ORDER.
